Reservation Fee: 
P8,000.00 per lot

Required Minimum Down Payment:
6% of TCP within 60 days from reservation (P8,000 reservation fee, inclusive in DP)

Discounts:
5% on TCP if paid in full within 7 days from reservation
2% on TCP if paid in full within 30 days from reservation
Monthly Amortization starts immediately after 30 days from full down payment.

Terms:
1- 10 years payment terms WITH ONE YEAR ZERO INTEREST PROMO!

Titling Fee:
7% of TCP (upon full payment of lot)

Notes:
Reservation Fee is non refundable
Lot sizes are subject to final verification.
